Atlas Resource Partners LP Offers Preferred Shares

Atlas Resource Partners LP, a oil and gas exploration and production partnership, will be selling a new perpetual preferred issue.
We do not have the details of the issue at this point in time, but we believe the coupon will come in the 8% range.
These units will likely generate a K-1 for tax season.
