| The following list of REITS is our list of Financial REIT's. These companies typically are in the business of lending money on real estate. These companies mainly make mortgage loans on real estate. In order to make a sound investment decision you must analyze and determine the quality of their portfolio of loans versus the yield they pay to you. Some of these companies make commercial loans while others make residential loans. So the key is what is the default risk of the portfolio? A general analysis of the state of the economy is essential to making a good decision on these REITS's. Alway do your due diligence and as with all investments diversification is key so do not put all of your investment dollars in 1 investment.
